1 Acceptance of Terms

ph82 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ph82 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without first contacting ph82 support.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the player.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure — your verified PHP balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method after identity checks are completed.

• In all cases, ph82's maximum liability to any player is limited to the PHP balance held in that player's verified account at the time of the claim.
